Bryony is a company creation executive with extensive experience in forecasting, fundraising, investor relations, and scaling early-stage life sciences ventures from pre-seed through to growth stages. As a key member of Weatherden’s leadership team, she brings a strong track record in helping science-led businesses build robust financial and operational foundations that support sustainable, long-term growth. Her work focuses on establishing the structures, processes, and governance needed for companies to transition from early innovation to commercial success.

Bryony plays a central role in Weatherden’s ongoing development, leading initiatives across core business infrastructure, operational strategy, and cyber readiness. She works closely across finance, operations, and commercial delivery, providing clients with pragmatic, hands-on guidance in company formation, organizational design, people management, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Weatherden, she held several senior finance positions across a range of biotechnology companies, where she developed deep sector expertise.
